what is the problem ? pls check this.

This is a connection fault. Maybe server is down or has a maintenance break or your connection to the internet was bad.

when microbox user faced any problem he have to post in micro box section.why he avoid post ?

bussiness is not a easy .for your team should be more active about all type of error message
and you avoid his problem .but why ?you have to ans againest his problem first.if you have no solution you can remove product supporter status.
