i made all steps but when i star soft its show error 9999 no snifers or other programs just instaled windows and antivirus

On windows 7 32 bits program only works if selected on properties file; tab compatibility pic run as administrator.

Friend! This error is drivers problem. Change Usb and try again.
Go to device manager.
click on + with PORTS
Double click on AVL VT port
after installation with normal driver procedure, It will come under ports section.

1. Double click on allocated Port
2. Go to Drivers and select UPDATE driver. select YES THIS TIME ONLY
3. Choose "Install from List or specific Location". click NEXT
4. select "Don't search I will select the dirver to Install" and click NEXT
5. Now click on "SHOW COMPATIBLE DRIVER" and then Click "HAVE DISK"
6. NOW BROWSE to the folder where the orignaly drivers are present. Now you will see MICROBOX under the models.. select and next next nex

When I click the program to read the serial box, it gives me this error.

you use VERY VERY OLD soft , please use Actual soft , AIO 4.x ...

solved .they were the drivers of the pits too old :rolleyes:

i bought a microbox the newer version in aluminium white casing but problem is theres a number on it with masking tape which don't know what its for and also will the box work on windows 10 operating system because shows videos for windows 8 on youtube but not newer operating system windows 10 so can anyone help
