I have micro-box dongle and ipmart cable c3300k venon series.
I put *#7284# then the software is seraching but nothing happends.

I have to try i9300 and i9505

With this two items are possible or it's impossible to unlock nothing?

Hello again, is possible that only reading codes from phone may cause any damage to the phone?
Because now the phone isn't registered on network. Shows conditional access and ends the call.
I tested on 3 networs from 3 different operators.

The problematic phone is the i9505.

Maybe bad unlock?

how can I do to input the master code? Before the unlock process, when insert SIMCARD from another company ask for net code, now after type the net code (shows correct) and restart.
If I try to unlock direct with factory unlock, cost credits? because the server should to know that this phone was made before?

Hello

sorry for late replay :

1 - You can use our micro-box as COMPORT - 99% of time is working without problem, if not , then you can use FTDI serial box

2 - your I9505 you can try direct unlock without lose more credits

some time phones need one factory reset ( by cable you can also make it )

Hello, I make the all process again with Factory direct unlock.
I reset to factory defaults with microbox and then wipe and format.
Only work with original operator.
I flashed with PHE 4 files and nothing news. Just only work with the original operator.

So what can we do?

One question that I don't know:
Why cannot read entire imei? only 14 digits.

Does your phone ask for codes when you put unaccepted sim? If yes enter 00000000 and forgot about IMEI the software read what is needed, last digit is generated from first 14th digits.

The phone the first time as I write before ask for NET CODE and first time entered 03947417 and accepted and network lock clear (but I have the problem that only can make calls with original company) with others can't make calls and receive.
