having same problem here, tried chose other model, some of them got the same problem, others went through, but after phone disconnected, can't be detect by the software once re-connected, don't know what is wrong. also tried to use the old version, which unlock 2 of the same phones before, but system not allowed, ask me to use the latest version. Please support team, help us to sort out the bug, or just let us use the old version 1.020. thanks.
