I just bought htc connection for unlocking htc s730
Evwerytime I receive error after unplug and plug usb
Who can help me please?

I have made a hard reset by: Start>Expert>Clear settings

After reinstall I have tried again to unlock, same error:

Nop you have made soft reset, press soft keys+power button and wait for screen ask you if you want to erase phone, select yes and wait phone retart then try agian to unlock

Only 1 time Microbox soft showed e-mei number followed with error.
I have tried other computer, same problem

Clear storage from menu on htc s730 its same thing with softkeys + power on
the soft keys and power on are for the moments when your computer refuse to start in windows because of bad usage

I understand, but Microbox still refuse to give unlock codes.

Have tried holding soft keys and power button to hard reset but just goes through startup and then powers off.

Only doing this because I have forgotten password and need reset

IF ACTIVESYNC STILL RUNNING PLEASE OPEN ACTIVESYNC,
GO TO FILE\CONNECTION SETTINGS AND
DISABLE ALLOW USB CONNECTIONS!
