Htc touch viva 2223 unlocknig[ANSWERED]

Still fighting to unlock the above phone but fail
1 downloaded microsoft ActiveSync and installed it i connected powered phone with v3 cable i get YOUR DEVICE IS CURRENTLY IS LOCKED................PLEASE UNLOCK THE DEVICE yet my problem is to unlock it no drives found please help me

If your phone has a look code perfom a full reset and then try to read it

Tito Millo how do i perform full reset when the phone can not even comminicate with the computer i have first to make sure it is connect with the phone

Try this: 1. Remove the back cover and then pull out the stylus.
2. With the device turned on, press and hold the TALK/SEND and END buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the TALK/SEND and END buttons until you see this message on the screen:



4. Release the TALK/SEND and END buttons, then press the TALK/SEND button
to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

If your phone still not comunicating with PC i suggest you to clean phone conector and if still not working try on an other PC
