I got inq phone wants to be unlock,i use mini v3 usb cable,install driver,but still not allow me to press unlock or any button,what's the problem? Pls help.

Did Your Phone is Detected by Micro-Box ?

Please Post Screen Shot here to Understand What problem actually you are Getting...

yes,it is detected by the computer and automatic intalled the driver for it ,but the problem is when i chose unlock from the dorp down list,the unlock button blank,i can't click on it.Thanks for your reply.

I have,t ask about is it detected by Computer, I,m Asking Is it Detected by Micro-Box?

When phone will be Detected then You,ll See In Port Section.. and Unlock Button will be Active

Then i,m Sure you have Installed Wrong Drivers.. Please Download Drivers from Support

and Update them in Device Manager Using Update Driver...
