i am trying ti acces in to suport area but its not letin me in how can i go to the web site plz help i need set up exe

READING MICRO-BOX SN: OK!
CONNECTING TO SERVER: OK!
ASKING SERVER FOR ACCESS: ACCEPTED!
GETTING DATA FROM SERVER: ERROR(1)!!
DISCONNECTING FROM SERVER: OK!
GO SUPPORT: END!

which version are you using if you are using the old version
