her i see log that's' you unlock net log , and your phone need to remove security code , so got to soft and chose factory reset

i tried allready but give error1001.now i reflash this phone after finished i will post the result.

After reflash I unlocked again but result is same and try to do factory reset always give error1001.What can i do now.
