hi , the kp170 problem is not solved,

i have updated to the latest software and the problem
is exactly the same.

i also tried what the other people said, and searched for any other ideas,
all with no success.

can you please inform what to do to sort this out.

or is this just another fone microbox says it can do, but it cant!!!

i think the product programmers shpuld do something about this pro blem because a lot of people are stuck.if you only have micro-box then what do you do now.do something product supporters about this model

first give log info how we can know what error you have and second if version not supported you will get a file software say to send us this file for update it directly did you make that ?

If your phone version not supported Software make auto file buckup *.mbf

Send it to team for check it ,and if it's a new version will be supported in few hours

or you can upload it here ,so don't loose time

If it helps, I have just unlocked 2 KP170 with MicroBox. First, select "Reset All" in Menu/Settings/Reset and then try to unlock.It has worked on mine Tesco branded. At the first attempt MicroBox said done but it wasn´t, after reset MicroBox does.
