Kp500 no unlock - GSM-Forum

I am new on mirco box.
i need to unlock kp500.always no success.

i connect phone to box by ke500 cable. i click READ CODE .
press power button quickly.no anything happen.

is it anything wrong i did??

please help.

I try unlock kp100. i use kg800 rj45 cable. still no any success. box no detect phone at all.

what should i do ??

download MicroBoxLG_cr V1.5.1.5 FINAL from support , and try with KP500 or KP500 new
and plz be sure you have working cable
