im having problems unlocking k500 via code,it gives me the codes but when i enter the codes it doesn't work can someone help

how did u enterd the code?may be u did a mistake plz clarify more details.other thing try by ke500 new

typed in 29xx the way it tells you to on the micro box and entered nck code but not ok ing

Insert accepted sim card or test sim into the phone and then enter the unlock code. I had one of these recently that would not unlock without the sim card inside.

are you sure your phone ask about net cod ? maybe phone cod ?
try to rest your phone then test with sim card ,
test and post result
