more one problem Lg Ku380, erro 1004, what this?

we want apologize for lg ku990i cos we were busy another update like htc BB etc.... we are also working more new meps htc and like lg new security .

can you post here with full detail or log ?then you will get good help .

KU990i is not supported at moment, we are working on its as priority and soon update will be released.

Ku380 error
indicates non supported FW version
as in new AIO it does not says Unsupported FW version
