LG CU720 new security unlocking problem - GSM-Forum

i have here LG CU720 new security. Problem in unlocking always stops at 97% in sending loader. I already try to lower my baudrate but still the same error.

i think your phone was touched with other tools !!

i don't if my customer tried to unlock it with another shop, when they give it to me i only use micro-box to unlock it and that is what i've got. Any idea to unlock this if it touched with other tool?
