Software does nothing for LG GB250!!!!!

Must use new version V1.0.2.4 CR FINAL.or post here with full detail or post log here plz .after you can get good help .

Can not get the log because the phone can not be connected.
If you select KP270 phone is connected but there is always an error occurs.
I think the problem comes from its software, even the latest update did not pass
