i had this same problem SP was locked and when i puted the code in then i get SP lock failed.

anyone any suggestions ?

not all time phone ask for sp cod
on unlock menu you will have 5 lock so try to find witch one your phone is locked for

got the same problem: when i enter the code it do nothing keep pressing the ok key and nothing happens:

not all time kp500 ask for NCK cod so try to know your phone is asked for witch cod

how do we know that. coz with entering the code "2945#*71001#" it says lock to all (network, SP etc) and when i insert a different sim it is not asking for a code.

I had the same problem with the nck code. After pressing OK nothig happened. Do you know why? Because the phone was originally without simlock. So before You try to unlock a phone, check if it is already not locked :-)
(I had returned back to my clients 3 pieces, saying that it is not possible to unlock them, and did not earn money. And it turned out, that they were originally without simlock)

when i tape 2945#*71001# with sim or without sim it goes to security and 1 unlock USIM with key and ok options, nothing happens when i click on OK on key it says enter unlock code when i enter unlock code and click ok nothing happens (it vibrates a bit means the key is working) even I entered wrong codes just 8 digits but when I click on ok nothing happens. but nothing happens .and there is no simlock option in security as mentioned.

hay just find the solution: after typing 2945#*71001# u will see security on top and under that 1 unlock USIM CLICK ON SERVICE PROVIDER and will ask for the code so just enter NCK (for otherslike network lock, network subset etc it will say not available when u click on it)

After pressing OK nothig happened. Do you know why? Because the phone was originally without simlock. So before You try to unlock a phone, check if it is already not locked :-) (I had returned back to my clients 3 pieces, saying that it is not possible to unlock them, and did not earn money. And it turned out, that they were originally without simlock)
