I have unlocked a few of these now no problems but I have 3 brand newsilver ones here and when try and read codes, phone doesn't power on no matter how long you keep power button pressed.
But phones work perfect... so there is an issue somewhere.

Have you Used Latest LG Module?

If You Are Still Getting problem then post here Your Phone,s Detail Like Version, Operator Locked to, & any other useful info to Understand what problem you are getting...
