It seems the phone don't communicate with computer.

what to do:
1'st power on the phone normally and connect it with KU800 USB cable to computer
it should be recognized in device manager. If it's not asking for drivers at least, then it's hardware problem.

please don't put models in your soft which you can't really unlock, it doesn't make sense at all.
