micro box not connecting to any phone - GSM-Forum

got microbox yesterday i registered no problems trouble is it wont read any phone i have red light and blue but no tx light tried d500 wont go into tat mode, g600 wont go into tat mode also tried lg k800 software will not find any phone help please

try to upgrade ur Box version... if version "69" than upgrade to 70

maybe any firewall & Antivirus install in ur PC So Disable all & Try to Continue procedure ......!

I don't think firewall and/or antivirus has anything to do with his problem, maybe box is faulty, so tell your reseller about the problem so both of you together work it out, Regards!

yes i agree i think box is faulty ive been in this business for 7 years and never had trouble like this with any other box

thanks for all your help box is sorted now i took box apart and 1 leg of big ic,micro chip on circuit board was bent and basicly not making contact i resoldered leg to board and all fine now manufacturing fault i think

Nice to hear that you have repair box hardware by yourself, this things could happend during shippement so good work m8.

lucky i bought 2 boxes 1 for each shop 1 box working 1 not took both apart and noticed bad solder joint and bent i.c leg these things can happen during manufacture was going to take it back to supplier but wat the hell we are all on this forum because we repair phones so why be scared of hardware repair of box thanks micro box for a good bit of kit
