Micro Box not detecting any connected phone [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi,

We have followed the video tutorial on an XP machine twice now and no handsets are being recognised via the Micro Box.
The phones work perfectly fine with other unlocking boxes/software, it's *only* the Micro Box that does not detect the phones (Blackberry, HTC and Samsung).

Here is the log from today, testing with a Storm 2.

Hi, sorry for late answer from today. New blackberrys have another type of communication we said this many times in forum but the only problem is that we didn't get one like it in hand yet. When we will have it (any of them) will be supported. For old bb's you need Blackberry desktop manager installed or RIM drivers.

Yes, we have other software for Blackberry... but it does not work with Samsung or HTC?!

Maybe you don't know how to use it for Samsung or HTC please read FAQ for samsung and HTC and retry. If still have problems post logs and we will show you "the way"

Have followed every tutorial, tried on different OS and have been in touch via email... but still no help.

All of our other boxes/dongles work fine, it's as if Micro-Box can't see phones connected
