Micro Box Not found[ANSWERD] - GSM-Forum

Today Got My Micro box from Ipmart

when plug says new hardware Micro Box then i give location to drivers

says ready to use

then when i use serial number reader to read serial number it says

box not found??

Support Kindly Help

please can you help me ,,i have juste bought one Microbox , i isntall the Drivers ,,the Info luch work perfectly but the software one does'nt ,,and always show Box Not found ,, and the hic that she it detected with the info update soft

i wait for you in ICQ to send some helps lol

Open device manager and see if it appear when you plug in usb, if yes make a screenshot.

Hello Microbox Team.
I purchased a 2014 microbox last week from one of your resellers called ipmart. The problem is I can not manage to install all the drivers even after following all your installation instructions. I can not install the usb serial converter driver for the box, the ones i downloaded from your site do not seem compatible with the box. I tried installing on windows xp and 7. I need your help.. in device manager it shows a yellow question mark next to the usb serial converter when ever i connect the box.
