Hi,
If your box was working before, and now can't be found just reinstall box drivers. Also you can detail a little bit the problem here.

i update my box, and not found, driver already install, box ok, but before update, sagem activated and now not active sagem module??

Need help from Micro-Box support.
Mine was working fine, them stopped, same problem ( box not found ) Can U help me.
I've done, install lasted drivers, formated PC, please wait contact. Thks

Post a screenshoot with your device manager window. Did you installed all your drivers including USB 2.0 support ?

It was working perfect in two PC, same problem both pc. I reinstall drivers, when I insert micro box on usb port recognize as new device, new hardware installed success, then Micro box not found.
I've team viewer installed too.
