hey i have my microbox wich is the best box

but my cable sam v804 does not work
wen ever i plug it to the computer and the box
as i put it in the phone it says fault in the usb port hub it dont work i tried with diffrence model samsung phones and i does the same thing i wonder if the cable is faulty
