micro box manufactry take good care and listen to people online cuz we have 2much prblm with this box chelk alcatel Seris like S211 click on read fone
u i'll get the reply and ur box updater

I just got my MicroBox today and tried to activate the username/password. I managed to install the driver correctly but I get an Error 1003 when i tried to get the serial number. What's wrong? Thanks in advance.

error 1003 discussed many times in this section, plz do a search and you will find an answer.

Hi Micro Box Team,

Got my box a few days ago and still not been able to use it.
I have registerd on the support site and my account has been activated.

Just have a problem when trying to update the box with "update2.exe"
It says trying to connect: ok
Then the software just disapeers???

Tried on 2 pcs 1 running XP SP3 & Win2000 same on both pc's.


Please Help!

Sorted this myself but i had to keep trying the update2.exe software
Just keep trying if your having the same problem,
I had to keep starting the software around 30-40 times before it stayed on.

Looks like the update software has a problem on some pc's

its almost 24hours plssssssssse activate my box!!!

I have been waiting for almost 24 hours now for activation mail from you but so far nothing has happened! My email is [email protected]. if you want my serial number i will send it as well, why must activation take so long and affect someone's business?

For Users who have problem with updater_2 ...
With following things you can update your box..

1: You must have fast internet connection..(If speed goes down software will disappear)
2: Probebly your pc hardware is not suitable with updater try to change pc...
3: Keep trying to update your box if software disappear then try again & again..
4: Keep Mouse Pointer clicked On Software,s title box(header)...

If You got Luck then you,ll get your box updated and in working condition.. Till now i can only advice to carryone these steps until we get a suitable updater from micro box team...

I did read all the threads in relation to Error 1003. I tried different PC, this PC's can run UST PRo, NS PRo, Infinity, SmartClip, JAF MultiBox with no problems at all. What do you think is missing? I have a very fast internet. Still getting Error 1003.
