First of all thanks for the reply mate. I've tried this, also came up with same error. Error 1003. Just wondering, we are under a firewall, do you know what port Micro-Box is using? I can have it opened by our network admin. Anyone from MicroBox Team? Check out the attachment, I managed to get in the support area, thanks to our supplier who provided us with the username/password.

I also can't update the microbox. I click on the update2, the updater finds the box and when it tries to update, the app just close. Tried to remove the driver, reinstall the software and nothing happens.

Yes, I also cannot update box using update_2 software..it says..trying to connect : OK then software just disappear...support team, please help..we all need to use your boxes but cannot so help us please

I have spent too many hours on this - I am having the same problem as everyone else. Using 2 laptops and two pc's - still no success - the window just closes after saying "connecting to server".

The laptops and pc's are top spec machines with xp - run lots of unlocking software with no problems.

This seems to be a longterm problem - when will it get sorted out???

I will have to keep trying to resolve this and will post again if I succeed!

And the sad thing is that support team is still ignoring the problem..so what if you cannot use your box..you paid for it and i already got the money..this box is new in the market and this is not the way you treated your customers..i alreday lost many customers because i cannot use this box after i paid for it in full..you should understand our fraustration..

same problem over here... after connecting to server, sw just disapears. what about the solution?

same problem here i have spent so much time i still am not managing to update the microbox, the window just opens and closes, i am really struglling many customers are going back, please help

hi guys it is high time we had some solution... it fails the purpose of buying the new box...it is getting bit untasteful....

Could appericiate if the supporter say we are looking into it..
