Microbox not working also not updating

I am trying to unlock an Alcatel E201 without succes. I tried all possible ways but programm just dont connect. Also cannot update my box. The program just exits when trying to update.

Why isnt it just working as it supposed to be or am i doing something wrong here.

Cables also dont fit properly, need to remove plastic part and push really hard.

If you have problem in unlocking alcatel E201 you have to:
- Update your box firmware with updater2.exe (the new one that you can download from support area). To work with updater you have to close all running programms in background and firewalls. If you use it on laptop, plz change on a desktop because of power consumption is low on laptops.
- For cables if it didn't work you can solder directly on phones pins. We are producing new cables for alcatel e207 that you will find very soon in your resseler.
PS: you cannot unlock any new vle untill you update your box firmware so that's why you cannot boot it.

I have updated with updater2 on another laptop so its good now. Still cant connect phone though. I will not solder wires on phone because i have so many to do. I expect it should work with the giving cable as i should be.

I will try to unlock it and post result.

can you post pinout from cable and phone for E201.

When connection phone blue led just lights up a little bit, is that normal. Now phone doesnt turn when reading the codes but dont connect

1) Box Must Be Updated After you can open Software

2) Select Your model in the panel selct correct one if like E201 it s old vle 5
3 connect your cable be carrefull connect is not jsut enter the cable all pin must touch pcb if nothing touch for sure no communication

4 ) unlock your phone by code reader

Still cannot unlock this E201. I know 100% sure that cable is connected but dont read codes. Why isn't it just working as it supposed to like other products.

There is Two Things you don t adjuste your cable perfectly ior your box yis

not updated

if not update To version 60 must update the box and if need cable original

E201 ,E207 ,E101 check your resseller for buy one

yes right all microbox customers are unlocking new vle everyday, me also everyday i have many E221 or E207 to unlock, i used to solder directly on phone pins but with new cable it is really easy. If you don't want solder for the moment m8, ask your resseler for new cable, it already exists.

I will contact my reseller for new cable set. Did unlock other models but only phones with E227 connector giving trouble. Hope this new cableset will fix all

My reseller for MicroBox (KK Electronics) dont have new cable set because i dont hear from him after my email.

Where can i get it?? Really need it asap

Your resellers have he just received i was sending to him cables few days ago perhaps he was busy and cannot check his mail ask him on msn or i will tell to him for contact you don t care man

Still have not heard from my reseller. Can you please ask him to contact me. I am having this box for weeks now and cant work with it. Need to unlock E101, E201, E220, E227. I am planning to buy some other box because i am missing money like this.

New cable is needed!!!!!
