is the micro box work properly with the Vista system or there is many prolemes because when i connected hter appeare error 9999

Error 9999 means you are running port monitoring software or debuggers, close them and restart your computer.

i have also vista i have installed everything but when i run the sw it gives

Box not foud and the sw shut down
