1st: Select Unlock in Unlocking Tab then Click on Do Job...

2nd: Then Select Get Codes in Unlocking Tab and Do Job Again..

if everythings went fine your phone will be unlocked....!

if you haven't clicked on Unlock the you should not have codes, luck

Use "Read Codes" button instead of "Get code"

same problem sir. what else can we do or any other solution?

phone should be on to be detected by software.then the soft will ask yu to remove the battery and reattach it again .then click on power on when soft asks for that.all will be ok
