Need good solution for error 1002


I have worked 2 days for unlocking my511x but still not unlocked please no one come and say use seach or use this trick
  1. To be 100% successfull unlcoking sagem Use prolific cable.
  2. If you want to use rj45 port, then use this trick: After the software reads the phone and ask you to remove phone battery and power on the phone again, wait untill progress bar reach 6% and power on the phone then. if the boot is not loaded at the same time you press power on, remove the battery and repeat the process quickly. In fact sagem software must detect the phone exactely when you power on the phone, if there is some delay (even 1s) the boot will not be loaded correctly and you will have error 1002. Then you have to repeat the operation or simply buy prolific cable
i have prolific cable and still same error and changed the pc also please micro box team check software we are paying yo get logs and software is not working properly need good update thanx in advance
