Need Help with BB 8100[ANSWERED]

I'm trying to unlock a BB 8100, but the AIO not detects.
I installed the Blackberry device manger in a clean notebook. Then installed AIO lasted version, when I try to unlock always happens the same.
I try with 3 different USB cables, with simcard, without simcard, the Blackberry havn't lock code. I tested in 3 notebooks and all 3 occurs the same. Not detects. But Blackberry Device Manager it detects perfect.
Anybody can explain step by step how is the method to unlock, because in AIO shows with de phone OFF press power and then connect USB I think that USB is USB (PC) to mini USB (Blackberry device)

Ok, so can you detail the process... because in support we can't find any manual... and me and other people can't unlock. I want to unlock just simply. But without instrucctions is hard to make it... but many people like me we have problems... and we don't have solutions.

IS the same HTC as BB? because I don't know wich software is needed. BB device manager or active sync?

Please post a real instruccion or video to make unlock for Blackberry devices.

computer detetct your Black berry when you plug Usb cable ?

Are driver correctly installed ?

In device manager shows this. It's correct?

The computer detects always when I plug usb cable, and the BlackBerry Device Manger it detects too...
The driver is correct, I don't know. I think so it's ok.

So now, I'm trying with new version 1.0.2.7 and it's the same.

Now I'm in clean PC, installed first BB drivers, then roboot, then I installed Microbox, then rebooted, and finally updated to new version in this PC. In Windows device manager shows Blackberry device. In BB device manager shows USB-Blackberry 8100 (207xxxxx) and nothings happen.
I selected on Microbox 8100 in popup says, with phone off, power on, wait sec... and after connect to USB (micro counter.... arrive to 100%) and time out!!!

Why they no write a real solution for all people wich have the same problem?
A lot of people are in the same situation.
This forum is for support or not? I want support.
