u have install HTC Micro-Box Tool maybe this is problem?

Install the archives that are in the HTC Micro-Box Tool in your HTC then try to read codes with Micro-Box

i say this because today , one of my friend try unlock on HTC OXYGEN ; was same error , some time not read imei , some 1005 etc ..

he come to me and realy was working on first try

i will go monday to his shop and look how i can solve this , but until , please make test and report !

U can make hard Reset to Device Firstly and then proceed again

no other idea ? , or can b some version not supported ?

i have this message only with this model , all other works , and all tested : full bat , cable , cab installed , old versions of AIO also tested

Try with this soft. First of all make hard reset!

Steps :
1. Copy 'Cert_SPCS.cab' on your phone & install(run).
2. Copy 'EnableRapi.cab' on your phone & install(run).
3. Establish an Activesync connection with your phone.
4. Unzip the zip file & Run 'Unlock_Touch.exe' on your PC. ( New Unlocker)
5. File 'unlock_code.txt' thus generated will have your unlock code( Eight-digit number).Ignore any other digits if generated.

That unlocker will not work..

with Microbox Using last Version Uploading cab installing it ..then while Unlocking what Error u get ?
Also post here the Current ELF ROM version inside Your Device

- Get the active sync connection settings ready (right click active sync icon - connection settings)
- First make sure usb connections are allowed and icon is green (connected)
- Then start HTC code reading:
- At this point in active sync immediately disable the allow usb connection option and press ok.
- After this micro box software finally continues and reads the code:
