old user? infinity or MB box/dongle? u can try with AIO version and try to register later and check all field if its correct on the registation page.

check your dongle drivers and try again with stable internet

Just read log DONGLE NOT CONNECTED. Email is not the cause of your problem. Use last version of AIO http://www.micro-box.com/download.ph...&path=software and this drivers http://www.micro-box.com/download.ph...&path=software
You must see in Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus Conrollers - MICRO-DONGLE device without Exclamation point. All tutorials here SUPPORT / DOWNLOAD ZONE - MICRO BOX V3.0 THE BEST MULTI PLATFORM UNLOCKING TOOL ! And one more moment if you reboot PC with inserted dongle, after reboot you must reinsert it.

Activation of your account on support site and dongle detecting do not depend on each other, but as I see you know better. So wait answer from supporter. But it will be faster if you write to support email.

Email isn't one Big problem.

IF you Box is activated, just read carefully above explanaction from @cloud-81

You can register, (optional), also later, this not have nothing to see with good work of Box.

Anyway, for to see all of this BOX/DONGLE, send to me Serial and what type of box have in pm.

Why Spam here with this Very OLD Box?

From serial you given this is Very OLD Box/Dongle from 2009:

no activation on it

Support Expired

Contact who have selled you this very OLD Box/Dongle and ask him of pay All for to be working!!!!

Isn't enough Register as New user W/O pay nothing for to have working Dongle/Box!!!
