No Support?? Micro Box??? - GSM-Forum

Its been more than 1 month i;m waiting my box to be reset in order to login to support site to download updates, i've been giving my box-id but until 2 months stil cant login to support. box stil not reset. sent email to support no reply. PM box id also no reply? SO So SO SO?????? is that anyone work in support site?
