My micro box is not detecting any htc phone .

I got hd2 and orbit 2 phones it not searching i have installed active sync as well.

Any suggestions?????????

Any HTC ... you mean Windows mobile phones if you installed active sync or android models? And be more speciffic please with logs and exactly model.

On the phone is rgb screen

PC recognizes phone as HTC USB Sync (Driver version: 6.1.6965.0)

Any help would be appreciated.

Make exactly as software tell's you GO TO FILE\CONNECTION SETTINGS AND DISABLE ALLOW USB CONNECTIONS!
If you still can't do it contact me on sonork for a teamviewer session.

So I already wrote that I unchecked USB connection, so I doubt that it could be a problem.
