OT-C635 Vodafone Can't read and poor suport. - GSM-Forum

I have just purchased since Micron Box web site described that OT-C635 unlock code can be read with this device.

I tried read code for My Alcatel OT-C635 but error come out.

ALCATEL C635 READ CODES: START!
PLEASE POWER ON THE PHONE: OK!
SETTING TAT MODE: OK!
DETECTING PHONE MODEL: OK!
DETECTING PHONE FEATURES: ERROR!
UNSUPPORTED PHONE/VERSION OR BAD SELECTION!
ALCATEL C635 READ CODES: END!

This phone came from Australia Vodafone (2BVDFJ1)

They never respond my e-mail at all.
Very poor service.

Now I know that I did waste my money…
Very hard to find good device.

Hello,

Probebly New Version. These Phones Are Very Rare On Market & hard to Find Phones with Unsupported Version. If you Still have phone in hand so you can Contact Sami on Sonork 100.200000 so we can Update it ASAP...

But I got no e-mail rely from Micro-Box in spite of sending several e-mail from web site.

I use newest version soft (Alcatel 1.4.0.8) as of today but still same message come up.

My OT-C635's network is 2BVDFJ1 Vodafone Australia.
I can not even read phone info, so I don't know what firmware version is in this cell.

I would very appreciate if Micro-Box team upade this phone model.
Actualy Web site described that OT-C635 are sported. but did not say anything about some firmware version are not suported.

I Gave You Already Sonork Id So You can Contact with him Without any problem, No need to Send Mail if we can Give you instant support...

We have mentioned on Web Site Model Which is Supported By Micro-Box But Some Phone Models have Diffrent Versions Which need to research..

Like:

Sagem Secure MCU Ver I (Which is supported) ... But Secure MCU II Not.
Samsung F480 Some Versions Supported ... But Some Or Not

Downloaded Sonork and tried to contact.
But we have 9 hours time difference. he is GMT+2, I'm +11.

Contact by e-mail bases will very helpfull.

Anyway, How can I provide info ? Micro Box can not even read my OT-C635 since unsuported firmware version?

Online communication will solve the problem?

If that's true, very interested.
Let me know the best time to contact him at his time zone.

Left several message.

But I only things I could see "Disconnected" or "ZZZZZZZ........" mark.

Are you still suggesteing me to spend another day?

So what is e-mail addrss for at Microbox web site?

Just after put up previous post,

I saw "Available" at SONORK . So I sent message immediately.

What happen ?? the status went to "ZZ............." mark again !

Mr. SAMi you are telling me to contact is sleeping all day today...

My OT-C635 deos not have solution for now.

He is very busy programmer.

So you should chose the words as you ask him question.

Do not try to pick a fight to him.

my C635 need unlock COUNTER it s blocked and writed only call your customer service when i put simcard inside ; so i have unlock code but no possibility to put it .

Use search button there is many ways to reset alcatel phones... Then u may put your unlock code
