why we should have credit for this old phone

i unlocked this phone before and now i try again and its said:

pls take a look with this problem do we need to buy credit with this old stuff its free on other box why microbox charge us credit? its free before

yes why do we need logs for this kind of unit? B4 this unit is free and other box is also free no more logs to be need.

is included in LG activation .. only
