Try to reset the phone. Also are you sure it's ot990 simple not g / s etc ?

Hi,
Phone has been reset several times - No Joy
Definitely just a OT990

After reset now not picking up any network signal on original sim and always asks for sim pin !!!

Phone is Croation - does this make a difference ?

U must flash phone, but I don't know any tools for flashing, or direct unlock on GBkey.

Your OT990 codes are just not working !!!!

Potentially damaging phones if reset instructions are followed !!!

Depending on your phone it can have a set of codes or another one. And generated sets are working so if your phone needs another set of codes wait for update.

About resetting phones, do it with battery charged.

problem is when enter wrong code 5 times, phone block after that can't have network, don't ask for nck...and then you can't unlock via codes only direct..
i have this problem, looking for solution few days and still nothing..
flashing not help,reset not help.....

Hello micro-box team.
I know you work hard but i have to agree that the codes don´t work. i have 3 phones here damaged and need to be unlocked. i can´t enter more codes any more. the attempts are finished. please make update for flashing or direct unlock as soon as possible.

Now i have another one here new without attempts the code, them i try thr first NCK but it says "fail to request the unlock code" and fotunatly i put the original sim card and it works. the others not even the original sim card works. Please make it work please.

Just o to tell that the 3th code is the code that works. But still we would apretiate if the team works on direct unlock and flashing.
