Exclamation Please help error 1001!

Hi there, I just recived my Micro Box this morning. I've been trying to unlock U900, G800, & a Tocco F480 every time i try to unlock these phones I get the same error. I've read up on the forum that quite a lot of people have had this same problem, Has any1 found a solution to this problem? I've tried reseting the phone, changing the com port number for micro box but still no joy, Some1 told me that micro box servers are down? is that true???

this problem has nothing to do with server, you need to check your cable, plug rj45+usb (rj45 --> micro-box and usb --> pc), check your phone's connection is set to pc studio, luck

friend don't loose your time you have cable problem
soft must read phone after he will connect server on your case soft can't read phone that's' mean cable problem
