Please help needed!! CAN NOT INSTALL!!!! (Solved)

First to say that I am a new MicroBox user, and hope this box will help me much, but for beginning, I have some troubles for installation.

I have tried to install in dieferents hard drives and always get the same error pop up message, that says as follows:

"C/Archivos de Programa/MicroBox/updater_2.exe
An error ocurred while trying to reneme a file in the destination directory:
Movefile failed; code 2.
System can not find the specified file.
Click retry to try again, ignore to skip this error (not recomended), or abort to exit instalation.".

Can please someone help me with this issue??? why is happening this ????

Thanks in advance.
Regards.
Eskerra.

First of all Updater_2.exe is Obsolete so it wont work...!

One Question that other modules are working? if yes then download new updater from support & copy on your destination folder..

Skylinks, first thanks for replying.
Then , to say that i am not installing Updater_2, I am just running main software installation, and i get that error.
Just tested, right now, and yes, i can use modules separate, but not install main software "Micro Box Installer 2.0".

Dou you know why that happens ????

Thanks.

Which OS you are using?

Some Times That Error Accure due to Untypical Installation & crupted exe or Viruses...

So You have to Do These Steps if still hav,t Success..

1: Download and Install "Micro Box Installer 2.0" From Support Again...
2: Make Installation in Default HD,s Sub Directry "Use Default Configratuation"...
3: Make Sure You have installed a better Antivirus in your Personal Computer..
4: Make Sure Your pc is not Overload with FTDI Devices..

OK Skylinks.
I just found out what was causing that trouble.
Its name is : NOD 32. ( yes my antivirus)
I just uninstall it
and set up worked up like a charm.

Just to let you know, and other users of course.

Thanks so much for your time and help. I do now begin to use this "little surprise" box.

Regards.

@ hitibiti, thanks, but my problem was not updating the box.
Was just installing for first time the main software.
Once i uninstall the NOD 32, I could then install the main software at the first try.
Did not try to reinstall NOD 32 after, i did install one other antivirus. Maybe it helps someone else.

Thanks and regards.
