plz help micro team iam trying to do unlock s319 but always error not even conect the phone but error come first i dont under stand what is this here is logo

yes friend bad support micro box now a days no reply from micro team.this year bad box support is micro box.good box but bad support.

be sure the batterie is not empty some time it cause problem with connection!.

Same problem here it says reading and ends up with error.I m stuck with plenty phones of S319x on me no support .no good .the battery is charged fully.i tried like plenty times bt no good.Supporters plz help......hope they reply now .

send your imei to microbox manager he will check this problem
