hi to all
hope you solve this problem on unlocking sagem models coz I always got this prob when I try to unlock sagem.
The cable is ok and work fine but why I get this error , look at this plzzzzzzzz:

SAGEM VDF527 READ CODES: START!
CONNECTING TO SERVER: OK!
ASKING SERVER FOR ACCESS: ACCEPTED!
GETTING CREDIT DATA FROM SERVER: OK!
CREDIT USED: 10
CREDIT LIMIT: 20
SEARCHING FOR PHONE: FOUND!
READING FIRMWARE INFO: OK!
READING HASH TABLE INFO: OK!
READING IMEI: OK!
READING MODEL INFO: OK!
PRESS POWER: OK!
READING CPU INFO: OK!
LOADING CERTIFICATE: OK!
LOADING APPLICATION: ERROR 1002!
SAGEM VDF527 READ CODES: END!

It has been explained many times m8, use another box as interface, infinity, setool, thats an interface problem 100%, luck

like you I have problem with micro-box not only with sagem error 1002,I have problem with samsung phone to,try everything -profilic,no profilic,setool,infiniti,try with hwk but with sagem error 1002,also try with 3 computer but resultat is some error 1002,somewhere suporters on micro is write do not use laptop,only pc but I try with my laptop and work perfect without profilic cable,use micro box port,some work perfect and with samsung module,this is my experience with micro-box and to say micro not suport vdf527 with new cpu

Note : For vdf527 there is some new CPU not supported yes so pls wait until find solution , Thx

Hello,

We have Advice our Customers to Use Prolific Cable or Other FTDI device as a Interface But We hav,t say anything about Laptop.
