Port not found help microbox - GSM-Forum

Hello

i have a micro box, i want to unlock a ku990 but i have always port not found on it.

When i select platform

2G A2i : MICROBOX
2G E - GOLD : MICROBOX
2G ELITE : MICROBOX
2G SGOLD : MICROBOX
3G QC : NOT FOUND
3G QC NEW : NOT FOUND

Please help

My version is v1.5.0.7
I have cable KG800
When i go in devices, i see : + libusb win32 devices
i click on the + and i can see microbox

Please help

you have cable problem
if phone can't be detected from pc so sofware can't unlock it

Make sure LG drivers are installed and use the KG800 USB cable not RJ45 cable. Also select correct model in either 3G QC or 3G QC new.

the driver is well installed

i have one cable for lg kg800, it is one part rj45 (i plug this part on the microbox) and the other part i plug on the phone

You tell me that i must plug the microbox on usb and the phone on another usb ? But like that, the microbox is not plug with the phone ?

You must connect the phone with usb cable to the computer (with power on). It is not possible to use rj45 cable

hi!

the cable that you are using is a hybrid cable(rj45 + usb).

you must use only usb cable.

so better buy a new usb cable.dont use hybrid cable.
