Member: 286736 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 62 | Pro cable not working! Software is running well but not recognize W10 the phone in fastboot mode via cable. If use normal micro usb cable in same usb port W10 recognize phone in fastboot mode well. I think the cable is not workking well or possible any other idea? Please share the solution. Thanks. |

Member: 1139057 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.109924 Thanks Meter: 4,428 | If you select on phone fastboot and after connected cable to it and you not see fastboot usb info on phone lcd then something is not ok with cable if you see fastboot usb on phone lcd then phone see cable and etc.

Member: 286736 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 62 | That's right. Phone is in fastboot mode, than connect the cable, nothing happened on phone screen and W10 not recognize the phone too. Tried with normal micro usb cable W10 recognize the phone. |

P.D. this last Option is only at you risk, if open you lost you warranty. P.D.1 If you Had buyed cable from our store we have replaced this, but you reseller is GsmServer so ask to them for replace.
