problem activating my box - GSM-Forum

i always get this msg when open my box..
15:24:38 > GETTING CREDIT DATA FROM SERVER: ERROR 1001!

i have activated my box with bb and htc but when i try to press get acctivation from server i get this msg plss i need help

check your internet settings & firewall settings too
