Its look likes Ive got problem with Micro-box PCB .. I mean box red light its light up but only sometimes conner to the computer. And its going worst and worst , sometimes I need 1 hour to finally connect the box and open the prog .

Ive got the old black verion with green letters at the top. Do you guys know if I can buy just the case or I need buy the whole new Box with activation ???

From your description it seems Micro-Box USB socket it's damaged or unsoldered from PCB. Please verify it - if needed open your box and resolder USB pins on the board or change USB socket if it's damaged and can't be repaired.
