I have problem when try to unlock samsung u700

log

10:42:24 > SAMSUNG U700 READ INFO: END!
10:42:29 > VERSION MICRO-BOX A.I.O. V1.0.5.1
10:42:29 > SAMSUNG U700 READ INFO: START!
10:42:45 > SEARCHING FOR PHONE: FOUND!
10:42:45 > USED SPEED: 115200
10:42:46 > READING IMEI: ERROR 1001!
10:42:46 > SAMSUNG U700 READ INFO: END!

i try with u700b and u700v and same error..

u700 test long time ago unlock and Flash work fine,
just use combo cable install driver correctly
