Renewal o.k but not activated [Answered]

I did the renewal today on infinity but when I sync with server all the activations are no like in the picture below

Please what should I can do or I need extra activation although I did complete activation before expired.

So, also from 21 june 2019, all what have active Micro-box inside Compatible box will be like BASIC MICROBOX ( no activation ) and no support active, but can active it for 10€ only !

After your first Year with Infinity , your box become BASIC MICROBOX ( no activation )

About Special credit, if you buy it online on micro-box.com then is added

I have renewed activation on the infinity dongle today as I have written earlier. If I can understand your statement, I renewed by using my infinity credits it means that I am not eligible for the special credits because I did not renew through your online service.
And if I want to use any of the remaining modules like Alcatel and others I have to do another activation for them 10€ each

No reply? please not spam but want to have a better understanding because I still have others who want to renew through the same channel that I used only for them to also have a knowledge of how to go about it.

I need to know what I can do with the renewed of 2 years that I did? You said that after first year of activation on the infinity box expired, it will become a basic microbox without any support. now that I renewed 2 year you still said no support for it because I did not renew through your online service I wish to understand this your logic better. I still have others to renew activation on them.

Yesterday I need to unlock an Alcatel 4034d and 2040d but error no activation was the reply, then was is the essence of 2 years renew. What jobs can be done with the basic microbox (infinity) support in case I need to use it? Please check my first post with the attached pictures very well.

Microbox have 11 years now , i make that box as BASIC , and in 11 years , we have add 5 activation for unlimited unlock , like ALCATEL you say

in Infinity , and also in microbox , we have make one Special activation named 1 YEAR FULL , as you can understand from the name , you will get 1 year of all activation if you active it

Support you pay is 10€ / year , and if you take 2 year you get for 12€ of Special credit

as you can see is VERY cheap, this support price is to have software working .. all FREE update are included inside ..

I did first 1 year full activation on 09/06/2016 through the infinity credit on my dongle which ended the following year 2017. Since then I have not been able to use the software, server reply is always to renew activation not even becoming like a basic microbox user as u said.
Now I did renew on 02/07/2019 through the same channel (infinity i.o.s.) for 2 years support to use the software till 2021 whenever I sync with server, it is always no support/no activation for all the packs/modules. Now what is the essence of the renew on the infinity ios when you know that it is only through your online service that one can get the benefit of using the software including the special credits that you promised.
Please other technicians/engineers that are viewing this thread should also contribute because I don't know maybe I am the only one facing this issue.

Before the 21 june 2019 , to can have microbox software working on Infinity/***** etc .. , is only 1 way, is to have the ACTIVATION named 1 YEAR FULL ( like here )

Now, from 21 june 2019 , we change the rules according to request from Infinity / ***** Users. And we give you opportinity to get for same price as Orginal Microbox users.

So, After your FIrst activation ( 50usd / year ) for Microbox inside infinity .. you normaly have to pay 50usd again for 1 year, .. but from 21 june 2019, All Infinity and ***** become like MICROBOX BASIC = NO ACTIVATION or SUPPORT

So, if you active support for 10 euro, you get 1 year support, but no activation, if you want activation is 10€ / activation

so , is no issue here

Now as a basic microbox user what functions can I do or use the software (basic microbox) for? As I said earlier on this thread, I want to unlock 2 Alcatel phones the reply is no support or activation, then what function did I do the 2 years renew for?

Support let you use last software and server access, You can use all features what not need activation or special credits

check our web for details

for alcatel, need Activation , if you active it for 10euros , is for life ( if support active )

Let's set the record straight, how much is 2 years full support to activate the all packs/modules? When I check your web I saw 1year full support 50euro

1 year FULL = 50€

for 2 years you have 2 ways :

A - 2 x 1YEARFULL = 100€
B - 5 aactivation x 10€ + 2years Support 20€ = 70€

but for next year ( year #3 )
A = 50€
B = 10€ only ... ( all activation allready done ! )
