RIO 2 UNLOCK please help [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello Product manager Micro Box team,

I would like to know the procedure of unlocking Orange Rio 2, as the code calculator calculates code but there is no way of putting the code

, Direct unlock and calculates code gives error 1002!. So please update us if there is any direct way of unlocking Rio 2.

Your RIO 2 has another algorithm for calculation and is not supported for now. Wait for updates.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I was curious because the model number do exists but not working, Thanks for clearing it out

Make Read Codes / Direct Unlock by cable not by IMEI calculation.

so can this now be done by read/direct unlock via micro box as the only thing i get is error 1002 on latest version of software

Can you post a log please, so we can see all info needed to answer correct?

I lost the customer now there nothing in the log as it doesn't even read the phone it's just error 1002 nothing else it's reads the box but that's it which port am I ment to b using n which lead as to I had it connected to micro USB n selected device interface for USB port when I click read code the program closes n when I click read phone or direct unlock I just get error 1002 all firewalls and antivirus are switched off

Are you using the latest version of microbox software and what platform is running on your computer

So are you still having software errors of shutting down while using micro-box
