can you help i have s520 and tried to unlock using codes provided by your server every time i tried the phone said incorrect code so i tried by imei and the code that gave didnt work now the phone asks for reset key can i get this here please

soft can't give you wrong cod , i think you put wrong provider so plz try to know the good or the correct provider to get the correct cod

Codes calculated by server are 10digits but phone accepts only 8digits and says wrong code, pls, how to put in codes?

so phone ask for phone cod not nck cod
try to rest your phone without sim tape : ###847#

so phone not locked to any provider that's' mean phone ask about phone cod = security cod so you need flash this phone and Micro-Box don't support it so no solution yet friend
