this is not the first telephone i open only i found bug in version 1.01.5

I have the same problem even with prolific cable. If you try many times it will work. I tried 2 days with a my212x and eventually it worked.

This problem may happend more for phones that need soldering RX, TX, GND wires cause communication is unstable with soldered wires on phones TP.
BTW nice to hear that you solved your problem
